Weather iPhone app

Here's a screenshot for a very small and simple weather app I'm working on for the iPhone. It's more or less a personal project because I can't stand the weather app that iOS comes with. I'm hoping to release it in a few weeks, maybe a month.

Free Facebook and Twitter icons

I don't know how many of you will find these useful but I made these for a project then decided against using them. I think they're pretty sexy and the blue can be used as a hover or selected feature. Download, manipulate, use, I don't really care. Just don't sell them unless you plan on buying me a sandwich. Email or tweet me if you want me to make you some for other networks.

Enjoy!

When will the redesigning end?

It's madness! I know. I'm never really satisfied with the look of my own site and so, as you've noticed by now, I've redesigned it (again). The design kind of has a photographer's portfolio feel, but maybe I am a photographer damnit. Okay, I'm not, but I take a ton of photos and a lot (like 4 really) have come out really well so maybe I was a little inspired while posting them on my facebook wall. By the way, it took all I had to not put a photo of my kitten's giant head on there. Anywho, go to the front page to check it out.

Bookz URL shortener

Back in May I released Boo.kz, the URL shortener for book lovers. I tweeted it but didn't really announce it to the world. I wanted to do a URL shortener for a while, mainly for my own personal use but when I began searching for possible domain names I discovered boo.kz. It was too cool to pass up.

LibraryThing is currently using it as its primary URL shortening service and as of today (7/2/10) it has shortened over 500 URLs and recorded over 10,000 clickthroughs. It was developed with PHP/MySQL and future plans include user accounts, public API, and publisher integration.
